“In this picture, I should have been the happiest ever. I was in Gibraltar at a nature reserve and a monkey had befriended me and climbed all over me. A surreal moment really. To be in nature and see those views was beautiful.

But all I could think about was how disgusting I felt? My self confidence was at an all time low and my anxiety was sky high.
