" I shared this pic today but my oldest friend and mother to my Godson (who's birth I was at) is in a coma right now and it seems unlikely that she will ever wake up, if she does then she's going to need 24 hour care.

I haven't spoken to her for a year because I couldn't handle the pressure she was putting on me when her mental health was bad.
