"I've never uploaded this to any social media but that day I’d crashed our rental car without insurance whilst we were on holiday in Portugal.

The police had to get involved and it sent me into a downward spiral.

I was so ashamed, in shock and couldn’t think of one good thing about myself. I was being so horrible to myself and it took me a couple of days to recover despite us being on holiday.
