"When I’m happy I’m through the roof ecstatic, but when I’m anxious I feel weighed down from stress..."

"Suffering with anxiety is the weirdest thing. When I’m happy I’m through the roof ecstatic, but when I’m anxious I feel weighed down from stress and the emotions of my own body.

I’ve sat at school in a classroom just watching the world go round and me feeling so alone and trapped in my life.

It felt like a circle. A never ending cycle of me waking up, going to school, going home and repeating myself. I struggle to find the good in anything. I couldn’t find any good in my self. But then I realised something just yesterday. Just because somethings broken doesn’t mean you should throw it away, it should be fixed." @msinplace
